My name is Bill Cherry.  For the past 33 years I have been the athletics director of an all-boys college prep school.

I started a college sports commentary site in 2002 because I believe big time college sports is all about the money and has nothing to do with education.  I favor and support the Ivy League concept/approach to college athletics: athletics participation by real student-athletes.
