Starting in 1996 until early 2001.  I worked as a Component Engineer, specializing in parts selection for the satellite/telecommuincations industry  Our main focus at this particular company, was the infrastructure systems(ie. transceivers, antenna, power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, etc).  The phone companies use these various parts and components to transmit voice, data, video, and pretty much anything else they want.  It came to me as inside info as to how the phone companies have benefited from deregulation, and how many ways that they confuse the consumer to make enormous profits.  My goal is to educate and inform, how anyone can level the playing field and actually make money from the phone companies and get their services for little and in some
cases no cost.
