Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:
1. Acts of kindness that they show to their fellow man.
2. Must be willing to help others, and treat people in a kindly manner.
3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.
4. Must be a positive role model, and set a good example
5. Must be professional, avoids negativity, and promotes success through faith and hard work
So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. We will be helping to get people recognized that should be *A SHINING STAR*. All nominations must be in by Saturday and please tell us why you believe the person deserves to be recognized.

Here is ALLY'S bio;
I am both truly honoured and feel very blessed by this request to be represented here along with so many other amazing people (Blanka, Neil, Judy, Sam, Terry et al.) as the 56th nominee of the Parade of Stars! Bless you Marilyn and everyone else who helps to make this forum and Adland such a special place!
I had been feeling like I was cheating on Adland as my heart has gone out of marketing, (although I have been re-enlisted by Tim and The Good Ol' Gang recently,) I guess intuitively I knew what is coming up, it's a part of my innate desire to disengage from the 'establishment', the lies and deceptions - in the future life will be lived in service and time will equal art, not money.
I have been going through a huge transition and refinement of who I am, especially over this past year. When I first joined I was living in such fear of the present and future, I had been long living for fighting against the system and wanting out, I had spent much time and energy in political activism. I had forgotten who I was, I found myself in more and more trouble (poor health, car accidents, bad relationships).
Now I am embracing who and what I am meant to be and lots of little miracles are happening (like this one! - You have made my son very proud of me, Bless you. ), I live by my heart and for the earth still (just move the 'h' and earth spells heart) but in a much better Light. I know I was meant to find this place (Adland), one night in my tears I made a commitment to myself to be "enough love for the whole world" and I saw Jill Bachman's hand reach out to me. 
And so, here I am, though it took several years to manifest. All it took was Luella May's three little words 'Skull & Bones' during a meeting and I was off... now I am running (and dancing) in glee! Join me?
A 'Mountain of Love' is where I climb daily. I have also been devoting my time to help other Indigo/Crystal/Starseed people realize who and what they also are, in addition to helping others 'wake up', it is my passion, it is my mission to help us all get out of this mess as quick and easily as possible. The answer is not found through resistance and fighting but through surrendering and loving. *giggles*
I was asked recently if my heart was big enough to accept new friendships here at Adland and my answer was and will always be yes. If you find yourself in need of someone to talk to, I am here, if you have questions as to anything I have spoken of, I am here, if you are feeling disillusioned and a little crazy I say you are on the right track, I have been there and now I am here on the other side, reality is warm, beautiful and waiting for you with open arms.
