| The reason the Feature of the Week forum was created was to honor people who have a positive influence on this community.
To qualify the person has to be an active member
and one who contributes to the positive atmosphere here at AdlandPro. Here are the criteria for nominating a member for the Feature of the Week
(also referred to as the Person of the Week, POTW).
This criterion can be seen at the site below:

How Do I Get Selected as Person of the Week?
To be chosen as Person of the week you:
• Are highly visible on the community
In the past 350 post were the minimum requirement, we
aren't locked in on that number but a minimum of 300 posts
is mandatory. Posts that are mainly advertising posts will not
be considered.
Please note highly visible with a positive influence in and on
the community means just that. You have to have an active
forum and/or be active in community forums that are not ad
threads.
• Are always seen as respectful, professional, and helpful.
• Must be nominated for the program by another member
of the Community and voted on by other members.
• Must have a real photo of themselves on their profile.

Tim is a very interesting and active member of our community . Tim is very friendly, supportive, very knowledgable and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Hello Friends,
Thank you for the recognition you've shown me and my fellow candidates, including all those before and all those after us. People do deserve recognition for their participation and contributions here in Adland. You have honored me with the title of POTW and I am humbled and honored.
AdlandPro is not the first online community I found when I came to Internet Marketing, but it is one that I come back to time and time again. I have met many good people in this community that I can say are true and loyal friends.
From my early marketing endeavors as a "newbie" learning the in's and out's of marketing online, I have evolved into what you see today, the owner of my own business. Hopefully I've learned through my mistakes, dealing with less than honest "programs" and listening to the hype of promising great riches ( in a day?).
I paid DEARLY for my marketing education, but what it taught me most is that I want to help other people learn how to create an income online without risking their savings or losing their families. What I'm doing now is so far beyond my early days I don't even recognize myself sometimes ;-)
I've also learned that there are many paths to success online, but those paths all start WITHOUT EXCEPTION from the point of action. Inactivity, indecision, and a lack of focus are guaranteed to lead a person away from success. I've learned that pouring your water into too many glasses leaves you without a full glass of water, and I've learned that friends are great to have and trust but GET THAT NDA SIGNED!
As I have said on my profile ( which as I say is still a work in progress) I'm a simple person, an easy friend, a determined ally, and a formidable foe. I know how and where to pick my battles, how not to "bet the farm to win a cow", and I understand that I can lose a battle and still win the "war".
