	Welcome everybody, as Dennis has just said we are in the process of getting the hive running like a swiss watch, to build any thing of this magnitude take a lot of organising. We are appointing tasks for the hive managers so we will run like a real bee hive and well organised. ASs people join the hive they must post a request in to our join forum http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/thread/972114.aspx By doing this we can monitor who is in and who is not. 	Hello Hivers As Anthony says we are working out a plan that will help keep track of our new members as to activity and Hive Team Program Promoting. We did this to insure an equal balance for the whole Team. New members will be places as Temp members till our managers vote them to full Hive members.We have some donations by program owners that offer us upgraded accounts to there programs. Free Programs we can use but we need not promote them unless there a sorce of traffic to us in our paid programs. As we pick up the pace we will post the Full and the Temp programs on the main page comming asap. Den

	Hello there Len, welcome to the Hive. You have made a great choice in joining our progressive team. The first thing you will find is that we do not run a normal type team building business. Most other teams of this nature fall down on one or two aspects. The first being support and training, in the Hive you will treat just like you are a member of a real Bee Hive. Everybody has things to do for the betterment of the Hive. The most important thing is you will never be left alone, other hive members will be working closely with you.
