Kathy, dear Friend, and everybody, Thank you for invite to the next Great Forum. What you say, is the pure true and wisdom which everybody should adopt in their lives. It's easier that way, believe me. One day at the time, step by step...been there, done that! I use to be running around, worring and wanting ALL things to be done, on time and perfect, till I burnt. Now I am smarter and I have learned to listen to my body which is giving me signals...I used to overlook them previously, well, now I am older and wiser. Yesterday is to forget, always. Today is, to remember may be forever. It is all up to us, how we are going to make that day. Worries, if we do not have control of things(accidents or nature disasters) why worry about ahead? It's not going to do anything to prevent it...what has to be will be.That's my way of dealing with uncertain future. If I know that I CAN do something in order to prevent something terrible hapening, I do that Rightaway! The earthquakes and floods are exluded from "Ania's readiness prevention list", I know my limits, I am not a superhuman...just little lady with big heart. hugs!!!! Ania

Hi Kathy, The scriptures say "Do not be anxious about anything, but in eveything, by prayer and pettition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God, . And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mindsin Christ Jesus". Philippians 4: 6-7 (NIV) When the regets of yesterday crowd into my mind and the worries of tomorrow seem to be pushing in...I remember these scriptures and peace fills my heart. I also appreciate the scriptures John shared. Thanks John! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To Leon, After reading your post, my heart goes out to you. I will pray for your sister, and I would also say that there is always hope for someone. I don't know how many times I have heard of someone being healed of a serious illness or disease, when Drs. have said "there's no hope". With God, all things are possible...even the healing of cancer. Please do not give up hope. There is so much I would like to share with you Leon. Feel free to call me if you want to. My number is: 817-569-6480, I would be happy to talk with you. Read what Jesus told Mary and Martha about there brother Lazarus when he was on the verge of death.... "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die"... John 11:25-26 (NIV); Read the rest of the story continued through to verse 44 of the same chapter. The following web site has a quick reference of scriptures that may give you some guidance in your searching for answers. http://web2.airmail.net/dpelc/yellow ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Have a blessed day, Cheryl
