	Hello Jim :-) I must have been on the road again when this was posted else I cannot imagine how an earth I could miss this one! Sorry and I hope you forgive me! Thank you for your interesting bio; I learned interesting things about you and some of what you said about you I could have almost the same! I'm also a Gemini (even though not quit so typical - however the verb THINK and question WHY? - define me LOL); I spent 6 of my years in Insurance business as well (life insurance mainly) and followed lots of trainings as the ones you mentioned and this is how they approach things: by luxury of details, even to the socks! - even become a trainer myself until I've got tired and wonted something else (not of trainings but the whole insurances) Well, enough about me; this is about you!
