I believe patience and time translate into persistence, consistence and strong believe.

We get the things not because we work hard for them but because we want them long and strong enough.

Most people never keep their desires long enough for their manifestation to occur.

I have experienced time and time again that even the smallest desire kept long enough, always comes true. 

The main thing is to know what you want and keep thinking about it. It will always come. It may sometimes take longer than average person is willing to wait for it though or believe it is possible.
