I see what you mean. Birds of a feather or kindred spirits if you wish each with his own style but striving towards the same goal.

Just as a thought, there is a hebrew saying which translated means. "Who is the rich man? The one who is happy (or satisfied) with his share". But it doesn't mean that we can't strive for more in a positive way.
