Thanks Thomas for this great profile of Tim and his country.  My husband, my brother and his wife, and I visited Canada in May, 2004.  We spent the night in Abbotsford, B.C. and visited Vancover the next day.  Beautiful city!  I loved how the houses were build on mountainsides (at least I called them mountainsides, you may call them hillsides).

You're making this look like we have winter all year round!
In fact, we just had a light dusting of snow on Thursday morning, but was a fairly nice day today (mind you I've been rather busy at the keyboard like FOREVER!!)

Just for those of you who don't know..we had a GREAT summer this year, one of the hottest in memory!
I even managed a tan! (long gone mind you ;-) but it was nice while it lasted..lol

I'm soon headed for a nice beach somewhere this winter I think
