Hi Neil & Terry and everyone,

Neil, you can resize the photos in PowerPoint.  I can't remember without actually doin to, but there is a format picture or resize picture option in the tools and I use it every time - you should be able to use these and simply resize them.  Let me know if you need help with them.

I resize all the time too - however when you size larger- you lose much of the quality - when you donwsize you don't lose any quality!
