As usual you are making a huge  and important point.  I once got stuck in and argument with a company that got me on the agreement that I said I had read and agreed to!  Well, no more - I do take the time.  It can actually be a real deterrent to signing up.  Remember the old saying "If it is to be it's up to me"?  Well, that applies to reading and understanding or losing in the end.

I think it goes a little further than that. Yes, read them to protect yourself. And if there is something down right ugly in there, you know the leaders of that company lack integrity. That is the single most important element for YOUR success with that opportunity.

If you can trust the leaders you know they will support you and trust YOU.

That's the type of group I want to work with.
