The University of Berlkey has done a study that is a real eye opener!!
“The Landmark Nutritional Supplement Study”
An independent study conducted by the School of Public Health
University of California, Berkeley – Dr. Gladys Block
The basis for this study was the “National Health and Nutrition Examination Study” -
U.C. Berkeley.
It then incorporated, independently, the results from 1000 people that have been users of Shaklee supplements for more than 20 years.
(The actual range was from 20-42 years of usage; from ages 43-86)
Summary:
People in the Shaklee group
•The two major risk factors for cancer and heart disease – 0.0.
• Had healthier blood levels of key nutrients
•No unsafe levels of any nutrient
•Optimal levels of all biomarkers.
The typical American between 50-65 is on an average of 7.6 prescription drugs; the typical American over 65 is on an average of 19 prescription drugs
The typical Shaklee person over 65 is on an average of .6 prescription drugs – Less than 1!
