Now there's a word I never use. So,,If What I am reading is right ,, Then Our JERKY Team is a "faction"???

Then we can say "We Have A Faction of a Jerky Team" or "Our Faction in Jerky Is the BEST"??? LOL

Faction is a word I really don't like - maily because in implies unhappy dissent.  Does it also suggest secretiveness? Underhand dealings.  Not a nice word at all.

It has a very harsh sound about it too.  Interesting however.
