Hi BJ, I agree it is time for Americans to speak up. This is our country. We welcome those from other countries but expect them to honor our customs, learn our language, and be proud to become Americans....not fly their country's flag, speak their native language in public, etc. DonnaZ

thank you for coming by and posting your comments on this subject.  I think if we don't speak out, we all maybe speaking spanish, just to be able to communicate with most of America.

Amen, sister! Not only do they want the national anthem sung in spanish, but they want spanish declared the 2nd language. You're right... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. This is the United States of America! The last time I checked, we weren't going and dragging them over here, they were coming over voluntarily! We are a proud and strong nation with our own language, culture, holidays, and problems! And I don't see where we need any additives or preservatives. The sad truth is many of them love the freedom, opportunity, and "yes" American money... but, they hate the nation, its government, and the American people. (I know this, first hand, as I live in southern Florida) We MUST stand strong, as a nation and let our leaders know that we've had it! We're fed up! Our financial resources are being depleted at an alarming rate, not to mention the birth rites of our children and grandchildren being snatched away before our very eyes!
