I say a big "Amen" to what you have written about Christians who sit back and do not take their time to be active in knowing what is going on and then writing and calling our representatives when they steal our liberties and encroach on our religious freedoms.  I get several emails from organizations which give information and even help word emails, faxes or phone calls to help let my voice be heard. 

The election will be upon us Christians need to band together to know the candidates and then get out and vote.  I don't know if it is OK to promote a candidate but  I am impressed with Huckabee for president.

Dear Geketa,

Thank you for making "The Voice of the Martyrs" available to us.  We need to be reminded of what others are suffering and where we may be if we don't take a stand.  I try to be very proactive in organization calling our senators & congressmen AFA Action Alert is one of them.

We have an election coming up where we need to examine the candidates and where they stand on issues. 

Like many of you have said we need to pray for our nation.  God is our only real help we have that can change things and people.

Persecution is always attatched to truth, and it can be  over come by prayer in one accord of believers of the word. When sacrificial prayer rises to heaven Lord Jesus will arise and his enemies will be scattered.
