You are on the Highway of Life
Just past the Village of Childhood Strife
A place to stop and look around
To get your feet on solid ground;
An historic place to wander thro'
A place to remember, but never go back to;
Always hold her dear to your heart
Your mother, the treasure who gave you your start.
Now onto Adulthood still miles ahead,
Take plenty of time to get yourself fed
For Freedom is coming; it has a price
