	Hi Tanya, Yes I hope it is true too. When I find out what is in this little pill that is so helpful to our health I will let you know. Taking one a day it can't hurt. I'm going to start taking one a day myself. :) I hope you are enjoying the spring weather! I love it! Have a great weekend! :) LB
