Oh my, Nick beat me here with Einstein's picture.  He was a pretty smart guy, though I understand he could spend a significant amount of time depressed.

I just plain love the concept of being happy. And AE was so right.

I make a choice every day to have a happy day!

I really don't think we need anything to make us happy.  Look at all the unhappy people in Hollywood.

Happiness does come from within and I believe that, that is one of the biggest "life lessons" that we need to learn (and to teach our children) - happiness is a choice we make.

It sounds as though the massacre that just happened in Virginia was done by a young man who was looking to everyone else for his happiness.  Finding it within was a skill he never learned.  What a sad thing.
