HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! I don't know if that was big enough Kathy, but I didn't have time to bake a cake. The last time I baked an upside down cake it came out right side up which meant that I had to turn it over to be upside down, which explains why I didn't have time to bake a cake. I'm glad you understood all that.
