Hi Mandra, This was very interesting to read. I knew very little of this history. The immigrants from Sweden and Norway settled in Minnisota, and Wisconsin in the USA. The Icelanders, where did they settle. Anyone know?

Thank you for this nice introduction to Scandianvia. I will bookmark this topic and be back many times since a big past maybe my best part of my life I was setteld in Sweden.

I will write os my experience as a foreigner and an immigrant. I worked 10 years at Immigrant Service and I am very familiar with Swedish migration politics at 60-70-80-ies. I have worked with many nationalities and ethnic groups.
