Actually I've never experienced anything quite like this, considering we launched December 20th the most challenging time of the year to market and our team is only 3 weeks old. 	Hi Felicia: I just joined your group and I would like to introduce myself. I am still a "rookie" as I have not been to successful on my own and I thought this would be a great opportunity for me. They say to make money you have to interact with other people which I have never done. This may be one of the reasons I have not had to much success. I could certainly use some help as I want to be a good team player. So anything that you think will help me would be appreciated. A couple of questions: Do I only promote this in Adland or do we promote ever where. If ever where and a new sign up joins do they become part of our team if they are not a member of Adland? This is where a get a little confused about the team conspect. Perhaps you can shed some light on this for me. Keep up the good work. Your updates are great. Ken Wakeling

	Hello Ken! I am so happy to have you on our team. Welcome to our Cash Master Mind Income Adland project. Yes you are correct in the business and offline world people in new careers and starting a new business get advice, training and network with others who have already achieved what the success that they want to achieve. It's a very common mistake that people trying to work on the Internet neglect when they don't do the same thing online. Yes you can for sure promote this program anywhere as long as you don't Spam. Also use a tiny URL, redirect URL or tracking URL when you are doing Internet Marketing outside of Adland. As well as letting all of your contacts and associates know about this. Anyone who signs up and joining in my matrix is a part of our team even if they are not a part of Adland. We have 16 team members who are not a part of Adland. I just don't list their names because people probably won't know who they are. Everyone is important and we welcome anyone to join our team even if they are not members in Adland.
