Let me introduce the most awesome group of team mates anyone could ever have! Not only are they my very good friends, but I also have the pleasure of working with them to bring this forum to all of you, each and every week;

and myself;

Here are the qualifications that will be used in the selection of each honoree. People that are selected will be recognized based on:

3. Have a good-hearted nature, and shows it through all that they do.

So, if you know of anyone here at AdlandPro that are not necessarily "high profile" people per say, and that don't get the recognition that they deserve, let us know. The meaning of the name GENE;

Here is GENE'S bio;

Gene an early member of Adland Pro,  #4790, has been into internet marketing since the summer of 1999.  My first website was created to market herbal products online. I thought it would be a good approach , for me,  because my offline efforts brought little results. I spent many hours building my site and for a newbie that meant a seemingly endless list of trial and error.  Finally when the site was done and with lots of excitement, I uploaded it expecting a rush of traffic.  A days went by and ,I must have gotten 10 hits. No one said anything about advertising the site..I just figured the people would show up.

After reading many articles and a few ebooks about promoting a website, I was able to generate more hits to my site..Then I discovered traffic exchanges, and safelists. On Dec 24, 1999, I sold my lst product to a customer in San Diego, California.  Over a long slow period orders would trickle in by snail mail from as close as  LA and as far away as London, England.

My lesson of trial and error taught me the value of generating good website traffic, to make good use of  time and efforts while maintaining   effective and affordable internet marketing tools. It's an on going job.   Always offer support. I am a stickler for sending members or customers a  welcome letter...Even if they dont respond, I dont want a client or a member of a team to say that they never heard from me.

Today, I still have my herbal site, theherbalmarketplace.com. In addition to that I have  trafficpaynet.com.  My goal is  to offer a site where other marketers can find  good traffic tools, and some dependable affiliate programs. Its important to me  that a program works for the members and to a team's benefits.
