Hi Leslie, believe it or not, last night was my first overflight over Cuba. I just found out an interesting piece of information, and that is, everytime a US aircraft overflies Cuba, the government there collects at least US$200. It is more depending upon the weight of the aircraft. Do you see a problem with this picture?   Happy Holidays!
