We don't always get the weather from Grand Rapids unless
I check it online. I remember Grand Haven used to get snow
almost every day after November, but in the short 45 minute
drive to the malls in Grand Rapids it was usually dry there.

I have been off and on Adland this week because I was
in the Dr.s office for more  steroidal  injections  in my
neck. It keeps me from taking so many medications
and I can rely more on the Holistic Therapies. It is
a new medical procedure with brand new medications
that are injected and do no permanent damage,
but dissolve the arthritic calcium spurs from an
old injuury. It makes the bones more able to
align and reduces the pressure on the nerve roots.

I take the help where I can. It is good though to
understand the technique through my medical
knowledge, so I can determine if I want the
procedure or not on its own merit and not
only on the doctor's recommendation.

I always read the posts even if I don't
post in them sometimes.
