  Of Love and Vanity

In spite of all the things they do
I love all of humanity
Others may make the impression too
And question my true sanity.

To Some what it takes to love
Is no doubt quite easy to fulfill
on the pure white wings of a dove
Thier souls are clearly beautiful.

Others may make you cry
And leave you wondering
How can these people survive
Thier behavior is quite flustering.

Some make you laugh and roll
With thier words of wisdom and wit
Perhaps a bit hard to control
Our resulting feelings of it.

Our passion makes us loose control
Of our minds - a kind of vanity
Out of our hormones toll
Again questioning the sanity.

But what brings out our true love best
Is something beyond our understanding
The spirit itself makes it manifest
The infinite truth makes our souls sing.
