This News Just In.
10/25/2006 10:56:58 AM

To my darling husband,
I was coming home from Wal-Mart, and when I turned into the driveway I accidentally pushed down on the accelerator instead of the brake.  The garage door is slightly bent but the pick-up fortunately came to a halt when it bumped into your car.
I cannot wait to hold you in my arms again.
Your loving wife.

Hey Rose, thanks for stopping by. They say accidents do happen. In this particular situation, I don't think I'd want to be in either shoes :)

It's kind of funny in that my mother is accident prone, and she had an accident about 8 months ago, and my dad and her discussed it and decided she should not drive for 6 months to get the insurance rates down. When I first received this email, guess who sent it to me?  MY MOTHER! I thought, oh no, she just started driving again and she's already been in another accident. This is not good. Then I saw what it was :))))))))

This is a funny one. My wife Susan was learning to drive when she
backed up into the garage and knocked the foundation block out
from under it and moved the garage about 6 inches back.

She told me a similar story, only I got her to admit she
had backed up into the garage 6 times to accomplish
this great feat.

I rented a 20 ton Jack and moved the garage back over the
block after I re-mortered the block in place. The Landlord
never knew.
