Take On Your Competitor
What do you do when a competitor steals your successful strategy?
If you're the bigger of the two firms, ignore your competitor.
You could also shift your marketing slightly. Instead of touting
your low price, talk about your speed, service, friendly
employees, and convenient location. You could also take on your
competitor publicly. Point out what they are doing and give a
blow-by-blow explanation of how you are beating them.

Funny Bit
A market researcher called at a house and his knock was answered
by a young woman with three small children running around her.
He asked her if she minded replying to his questions and she
agreed.
He asked her if she knew his company, Cheeseborough-Ponds. When
she said no, he mentioned that among their many products was
Vaseline and she certainly knew of that product.
When asked if she used it, the answer was "Yes."
Asked how she used it, she said, "To help our sex life."
The interviewer was amazed. He said, "I always ask that question
because everyone uses our product and they always say they use
it for the child's bicycle chain, or the gate hinge; but I know
that most use it that way. Since you've been so frank, could you
tell me exactly how you use it?"
"Yes, we put it on the doorknob to keep the kids out."

Computer tip of the week
Before closing your computer down for the night, do an Adware scan,
do a disk clean-up (which is in System tools). That way your Pc
will be ready to go when you next start it up!
On start-up have your Anti-Virus scan programmed to scan your Pc,
If it's done daily you should have very few problems.
A FREE very good Adware Program is at www.Lavasoft.com click on
Ad-Aware Personal it will take you there. Also a Anti-Virus Program

Also be very careful what attatchments come through your mail
use a spam stopper such as Spam arrest. I use it to stop all my
unwanted mail (nigerian letters ,scams and lots of spam) the beauty
of it is you can still check your mail that was stopped if something
your expecting doesnt arrive.You can let it know what to block and

I use all three and havent had a problem,all I need now is to keep
