Hi Hans, John, and all. Thanks for your response. I believe that these focus tips are applicable to everyone regardless of age or situation. I don't follow the adage "can't teach an old dog new tricks". I believe we can learn something new every day! Honestly, I could have used these tips a long time ago myself!
