10_1_136.gifPlease give me a little bit of support. I love this community, and want to share things with my friends here, but it does get a little lonely when you feel that no one cares. I have been working real hard on this project to raise money for Epilepsy but I am really stating to wonder if anyone cares at all. On my next post, I will post a donation form that I have created. If you know anyone at all that you feel may have an interest in this, please forward it to them.
GOD BLESS YOU
~Mike~

Donation Form
Although one in every ten people in the United States suffers with some form of Epilepsy it is the least funded cause
in the United States Government. Almost all of the funding for research is through private donations. It is sad to think that the disease that affects so many families, is so grossly ignored. Shirley's Epilepsy Awareness Program is launching
an agressive campaign to bring awareness of this disease to as many people as possible. To launch this campaign,
Shirley's Epilepsy Awareness Program will hold a fund raising event on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Sahara Grotto located at 7620 Madison Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana called Sing For A Cure. There will be raffles, door prizes, 50/50 drawings, food, cash bar and entertainment. The tickets for this event will be $12.00 each, children under 12 free.
The entertainment will be provided for by M&S Public Relations. This will be the first in a series of entertainment programs scheduled for the purpose of informing the public that this disease will continue to spread if there is not enough money to eradicate it once and for all. To make all this happen, we need your support. We need cash donations, product donations for raffle and door prizes, more entertainers, ie. vocalists, bands, dance troupes, possibly noveltee acts, Announcers, people to help on the raffle table, people to sell tickets, someone to help with the sound system, and most importantly, we would like to have someone on hand who is familiar with Epileptic seizures in the event that someone does have an attack. On cash donations, we need a donation for the hall which is $750.00.
Decorations for the hall, tablecloths ect. we have a low figure of $375.00, we would like to find a caterer willing to
provide the food, otherwise the best prices we have found so far has been between $3.00-$5.00 per person. The hall will accomadate 200 people. That would be between $600.00 to $1,000.00 for the food alone. There will also be expenses of lodging and transportation for out of town entertainers that we have not addressed as yet. The event will also be video taped, edited, and shopped to various media outlets for inclusion in their weekly viewing schedule. All donors will be recognized in commercial form unless they wish to decline this offer.
Michael James Caron will be in charge of all donations, therefore donations should be sent to;

10_1_136.gifHi everyone,
I have gotten a lot of help with this project so far. I now have a campaign going with fundly.com I am not sure how it is doing so far. I believe that it is on Facebook, but I am not sure. There is only two and a half months left before the deadline, and I still have so much to do. Now, I am in another situation to where I could use your help. I want to design a T-shirt for Shirley's organization, but not sure how to put it all together. I'm sure that the printers won't mind designing it for a hefty fee. First, I want to use one of Shirley's pictures.ShirleyC.jpgshirleycaron.jpgShirleyCaron.jpg.jpgI know that Shirley's favorite of these three is the one in red. I like it too. However, I want to use the picture that will be the most appealing to the general public. The ribbon color that has been adopted by the the Epilepsy Awareness movement is purple. awareness-ribbon-causes-purple.jpgepilepsy-awareness-ribbon-magnet-8.jpgshirlep2.jpgThe third one was designed by Karen Gigikos. Here is the effect I believe she was trying to achieve. shirlguitar.jpgI like them all, however I am not sure that I want to have babies in the picture as this disease strikes everyone. Also, I'm not sure if having the ribbon laying on it's side may not conjure a sign of defeat. Also, should there be a line of print with a phone number or a website address for people to contact for further information? I appreciate all the help I can get on this one.
GOD BLESS YOU
~Mike~

10_1_136.gifHi Everyone,
Recently, I found a beautiful young woman that is extremely talented and will be a household name in no time. She was born in Indianapolis but has spent most of her life in South Carolina. I guess she prefers their Ocean front property better then the Oceanfront property in Indianapolis.
featuredartist.jpgMikayla does not have any trouble singing sweet melodies or knock down, drag out scuffle songs. She is very talented and have a fantastic Record Label to keep her in the Spotlight.lightleft.gifWe would like to introduce to you
ROCKIN MIKAYLA!!Mikaylapromo20.jpgHere are a couple of her songs.
