WARNING: DO NOT EVER FALL IN LOVE WITH ME

Do not ever fall in love with me or someone like me
Since I am not the man from your poem
a poem deceived you because it came from a dream
which never has been and never will be completed

Do not ever fall in love with me or someone like me
as this feeling deceived you before it was even conceived
it was the ominous thought suddenly deceiving you
and you accepted it as a typical reckless female

Do not ever fall in love with me or someone like me
because I do not have a white horse, and I’m not a prince
I'm just an ordinary keeper of dreams
of which I never got a peek even through a keyhole

Do not ever fall in love with me or someone like me
Because I have too many words for all defeats
that you would have to face one day
and in which would not find anything important to yourself

Do not ever fall in love with me or someone like me
because you do not like words in any form
all words except your own tire you
and you save them, because they are worth more than the unspoken ones

Do not even think of falling for me or someone like me
not even in your dreams or in your wild thoughts
because you’ll destroy love in you and in me
and if you destroy the love in me, my word will catch up to you
and from it you will never escape

This morning
a bird landed
on the window of my poem
in the form of a letter
unseen so far

she carried
me in her
and my word
in her chirping

I don’t know
whether
because of this
the morning cried
