Luis,

Thank you for bringing these here for us to enjoy.

They make me want to see the productions that they were designed for.

It's those same wonderful colours. They feel so wonderfully eastern with a mixture of tradition and that something that was special to the time.

I shall take time to look at these carefully.

I love this design. It is so scandanavian yet shows that closeness to eastern culture.

You can see a Swedish family or a cossack equally at home here.

I would like to dedicate to you the following series of Nicholas Roerich's stage designs in my next posts. I am sure you will be delighted to see some of the theater costumes he designed as well.
