O God, they say you created mother,
For you couldn't be everywhere.
Is that so?
I don't know.
You are said to know everything
And she knows not, there's no such thing.

I never say it to her
I'm afraid of the dark
But I guess she knows it
For she is my mother.

I never say it to her
I love the way she hugs me
But I guess she knows it
For she is my mother.

I never say it to her
What a relief I get
When the world seems bent
To crush the life out of me
And me in her arms takes she.
But I guess she knows it
For she is my mother.

I never say it to her
How happy I feel
When I do something of her will
And the way she smiles then.
But I guess she knows it
For she is my mother.

I never say it to her
How sad I get
When she gets gloomy
Due to some reason or other
But I guess she knows it
For she is my mother.

I have tried to say it to her
What she means to me
But I couldn't find words fit
To say it.
She smiled and gave me a kiss
She said I need not say it to her
She knows it
For she is my mother.

O God, they say You created mother,
For You couldn't be everywhere.
Is that so?
I now know.
Wherever there's a mother,
O Holy Father
There reside You. There You are.

Mother

A Mother’s love, was always sure to find,
A way to comfort, and to ease your mind.

She knew just how to build you up,
Whenever you were down, and couldn't look up.

You loved the way, she made you feel,
Like you were so special, her ideal.

Her thoughts must've started with God up above,
To have brought you such caring, along with such love.

And as it flowed like gentle rain,
It surely helped, whenever troubles pained.

The love from mine was alwsys oh so clear,
I only wish now, that she was still here.

Her warming glow, I miss each and every day,
Even though, I so seldom say.

But she did leave her gift behind,
And it helps me through whenever I may pine.

And that’s the feeling, known deep inside
Her faith and her love, they still abide

To Mom Up In Heaven,

I remember when I was very young, your soft touch and gentle voice always made me feel safe, secure, and loved and your unwavering support and love made me feel like I could achieve anything.

Thank you for your selfless love.
