Beloved, messages are sent out around the clock. That is, I send out messages on many frequencies out of the realm of time. Nevertheless, I am well-known for the depth of My Silence. You and I are One engaged in rapport. We also simply hold hands for the joy of it. We abound in friendship and exhilaration as the Sun meets the day. We love to engage in Oneness. We are inevitably One. As One, We hail from the same country of origin. Isn’t this beautiful! Who could have thought of such an idea and live it!

Let’s look deeper at this. It is no small thing to be a human Being on Earth, nor is it a small thing to be a God. That I exist and you as One exist within Me – this is no small potatoes. I give you good passage. I offer you hopscotch across the Earth or a dance across the Earth with Me by your side and I with you by My side to Our One Heart’s content. Our existence isn’t about a bicycle built for two. We are about Oneness rising by One Heart. We have one ticket always good for Infinity. There is no such thing as a shortage. Infinity is ongoing. Hop on! Come away with Me.

Feel My hand on your heart. Feel My hand! Feel Beautiful Oneness as it steadies and balances itself. Whether Oneness sits on the surface of Earth or Oneness jumps over the Moon – One tremulous Heart beats and never runs out.

If you want to know what forever means, this is it! We continue as One forever and ever. You don’t have to put a period at the end of this sentence which is as ongoing as Oneness. There is no tearing us apart. Oneness is Oneness. Oneness doesn’t get patched up. We are already established in Oneness. Yet in the world, there is a consideration given to an impression of something thought of as otherness.

One Universe means One Universe, One Unity is One. There is no being out of the fold. There are no seams. There is no stitching. No mending the One! Walls may require mending. We are seamless. We are bonded as One. We are wedded. You and I are wedded. Oneness arises from Oneness.

Never were We a duo. We have never been anything but One. This is the whole story. This is it! The story isn’t over. Infinite is Infinite. No break is asked from Our story, whatever for?

When We – the One of Us – share the same language at birth, why ask for a translation? What would this be about prayers being asked for without cease? There are no prayers to ask for. What can be asked for that could be greater than what has always been initiated as One?

Would you go on an egg hunt when you already have a golden egg?

You don’t seek a treasure island to live on when you already live on an optimum treasure island.

Does a waiter put his hand out for a tip when he was just given a big one?

Who asks for a second cab when the first arrives at his front door?

What prince seeks for his princess’ foot to fit a silver slipper on when she is already wearing silver slippers?

We are One signed, sealed, and delivered. Always Oneness has been One. Oneness arrived from the first instance as arisen. There are no seals that have to be stamped. Of course not, absolutely not. Never were there borders to pass. Together as One, We sail the High Seas. We continue. We surpass the heights of waves from the beginning, even as no beginning was there really to hatch from. We of the Arcturian Group wish to say that much change is on the horizon. You are witnessing the death throes of world beliefs that have held mankind in bondage through lifetimes. These dense miscreations can only dissolve as higher frequencies of truth begin to replace the energy that formed them in the first place.

A sense of discord comes when everything familiar begins to change but intense fears and confusion will not come to those who understand that nothing real ever ends, but rather transmutes into higher levels of expression as consciousness becomes more enlightened. Because third dimensional energy is so dense, this process is gradual and involves many twists and turns of resistance.

Focus your attention and efforts on being the highest level of truth you know in every moment and situation, rather than on the illusions of material sense around you. Your Light, the Light of awakened consciousness, is serving to open the pathways that allow more Light to flow to earth. These high frequency energies are affecting all life. Everyone is feeling them, the un-awakened, the awakened, and the animal kingdom as well.

These high frequency energies are causing many of you to experience times when emotions, physical aches and pains, or extreme physical exhaustion seems to take over. If you are not alert, it can easily lead you to believe that something is seriously wrong, but then within a day or two things seem back to normal and you feel fine–until the next time. These experiences are related to the process of clearing, translating and integrating new and higher frequencies into the physical, and the mind’s interpretation of the process.

It takes energy to do these energetic upgrades leaving you with less for your usual everyday chores. Ascension energies are replacing the denser in physical cells. Allow the process to take place without immediately concluding that something is wrong, but rather know that something is right. Your physical expression is unfamiliar with what is taking place because serious energetic upgrades while remaining in the physical has never happened before.

As you integrate these new energies and your resonance changes, you will no longer be in alignment with many things that up to now have been a part of ordinary living. Heavy foods, alcohol, sugars, and processed foods that you may of previously enjoyed with no problem, now either don’t appeal to you or make you feel sick when you eat them.

Because everything is energy, energetic alignment is necessary if there is to be harmony of anything– marriage relationships, friendships, foods, entertainment, employment, ideas, beliefs, etc. You are no longer in alignment with many of the seemingly ordinary things you were once aligned with. Your evolving state of consciousness is resonating with new and higher frequencies and attempts to make something spiritually outgrown continue as it once was, will not work.

Free will allows everyone to ignore truth as long as they wish, but truth can never go away because it is the reality. Only those things created from illusory concepts can dissolve permanently. Try to see change as a graduation, dear ones. Many believe that they are open to change, but when something familiar begins to change or disappear, even the very awake will often respond with resistance because there is a sense of security in what is familiar.

You are no longer evolutionary beginners and are well prepared to withdraw your sense of security from the outer through the realization that safety and security are already fully present within, facets of your own Divine Consciousness. Learn to go with the flow while giving no power to events and situations that may affect your sense of security. Stay in the now moment, trusting that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan individually and globally regardless of whether or not anyone believes it.

This does NOT mean that you never take precautions in situations where they may be required. It means that you take the practical actions you are guided to take for living in a third dimensional world, but you do these things without surrendering to fear concepts regarding certain people, places, or things secure in the realization that one with God is a majority.

We wish to speak of suffering which is a general term describing the feelings that follow great loss or simply living day to day in physical, emotional, or mental pain. Many (awakened and un-awakened) are suffering as the result of the intense clearings of old energy now taking place in Gaia, individuals, and within the third dimensional belief system as a whole.

In previous lifetimes, most individuals incarnated with one lesson they wanted to concentrate on. Because of the powerful ascension process taking place now, you came into this life with the intention of resolving and moving beyond any remaining issues with people, places, groups, or belief systems–anything in need of completion or that might act as a barrier to your ascension.

Intense experiences of good or bad remain stored in cellular memory and are carried from lifetime to lifetime until cleared. Cellular memories you are ready to clear are surfacing through experiences that alert you to their presence but do not need to be identified or “figured out”.

As you live from a higher state of consciousness, frequencies of Light automatically dissolve the lower resonating energies. It is a waste time to dwell on or try to figure out everything that may be clearing because this just focuses on old energy. If it is necessary for you to know something for your spiritual growth, you will somehow get that information through dreams, intuition, or actual memory. At this time many of you are clearing for the world and not always personally. Remember there is only ONE.

For those of you experiencing depression, sadness, and sorrow we say to you, allow these emotions to flow through without resistance. Suffering is created by holding on to unfulfilled expectations of how things should look or be in order to be right which always reflects one’s personal belief system.

In the three dimensional world, most suffering is caused by seemingly uncontrollable forces–nature, laws, religious beliefs etc. This is how a dimension based in duality and separation, works. This is what you are evolving out of. Duality and separation does not exist in the higher dimensions. The three dimensional belief system represents the lowest rung of a very high dimensional ladder although most as of yet do not realize this.

Suffering remains and will continue to remain alive and well as long as world consciousness continues to create through beliefs of duality and separation. Never forget that as expressions of the Divine, everyone is a creator, forming their world out of the substance of their state of consciousness. Help those who suffer in whatever practical ways you are guided to, but never believe that it is your duty to save anyone for all are learning lessons they themselves chose with the help of their Higher Self and Guides.

Mind interprets one’s attained state of consciousness and manifests it as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual form. Suffering is resistance, a yearning for things to be the way a person believes they must be in order for them to be happy. Nothing will or can change globally or individually until consciousness changes because consciousness is the substance of all that is. You have reached that place of readiness that will enable you to move into the realization and experiences of who and what you really are.

Visualize a bright sun with many beams of intense light shining outward. As these beams of light get further away from the sun source, they start to become less bright, change appearance, and accumulate colors and shadow. Each light beam begins to look different from the other, absorbing different colors and accumulating layers of energy that take on the appearance of various fabric textures and color that change and increase as each ray passes has different experiences. The ray of Light never disappears, but is now completely obliterated by the layers of debris.

This is your story, the story of every man, woman, and child from the beginning. You are the Sun Beam that forever remains pure, intact, and perfect regardless of how much illusion is draped over IT. Evolution is the gradual removal of all debris.

Accept that you are already awake and that there is no longer any need to seek and search outwardly for what is already fully present within you.

Allow the process and trust that everything is proceeding according to plan.

	Do all beings have a soul? Today we would like to focus your attention upon both the animal kingdom and the plant kingdom upon your world. It is believed by many that humans are one of the only beings upon your world that are capable of conscious thought. So let us begin by explaining to you what our definition of sentience is. To be sentient you must be consciously aware of your own existence, you must be capable of conscious thought, and you must hold the divine spark within your being. With that being said, there are humans that are still under the belief that only the most intelligent of all species have any ability to perceive and create their reality in the way that humans do. To this we reply, what defines intelligence? Is it the ability to reason, to think, and to learn? Is it the ability to show compassion for another, to be able to sympathize and empathize? Is intelligence defined by the ability to rule over others, or is it to have this ability and yet choose not to? There is a wonderful quote that was said by a very old soul who had incarnated well ahead of his time and his name was Albert Einstein who said “If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will believe its whole life that it is stupid.” You see, all beings are divine; the divinity that exists within you also exists within them. When we say that all are one, there are no exclusions. The human collective is advancing rapidly, and you will eventually learn that it is not the ability to rule over others that makes you powerful, it is to have that ability and yet choose to love others as your equal rather than fear them for their difference. You have come so very far, and certainly there are still events which are taking place upon your world which allow for the mistreatment of others; not just animals, plants and the Earth, but humans as well. You ask, but how am I to change the actions of another? To this we reply you cannot, you must change yourself. Let us explain. The key is to remember that you will always draw to you what you align with most. There are always going to be an infinite number of parallel realities that are playing out concurrently. If change is what you seek, then send love and light to what you wish to change; hate and anger will only attract more events to be hateful and angry about. You cannot eliminate what you hate by fighting against it, you eliminate it by loving its opposite. And in so doing, you also will shift the parallel reality that you resonate most with. Many are of the belief that animals have been placed here to serve the needs of humans and to this we would agree. However, they are not here to be enslaved by you but rather to assist you in elevating your consciousness; for as you remember the divinity within them, you also must remember the divinity within your own self. So if all beings are sentient, does this mean that all beings have a soul? There are some who have been under the impression that animals have only a collective soul, but they lack an individual soul. The same could be said for humans as well, no? You see, from our perspective all are one. Humans have a collective consciousness however you also have your “own” soul. You have your own journey that you would like to experience different challenges upon your path, though we do still perceive all as being one. This is a rather difficult concept for humans to fully understand and this is simply because it was part of the agreed beliefs that you would perceive yourselves as separate from anyone and anything else; to believe what affects one does not affect another. But we are here to remind you that this cannot be so. If only you could see how connected you are to those who live on the other side of your globe. Just one small decision, one small choice has the ability to impact all upon your world. So with that in mind, imagine how much of an impact you can make by choosing love, by choosing to see the divinity within all beings. None are any less worthy of love than any other. All have a very unique purpose and to remove one piece of the puzzle would have dramatic effects on all others. You see, it is quite impossible for any consciousness not to have a soul. A soul is not something that you can have or not have, its what you are, not something you need to obtain. All consciousness has a soul, or rather we should say, is a soul. For many of you, this means old deep wounds, the kind that you have gone out of your way to avoid, may be insisting upon your attention. These energies are like balls of fear. Fear has kept them tamped down for so long, because it felt too daunting to look at them. Many of you have had the avoidance approach, not wanting to get too near them or disturb them in any way. Fear is at the bottom of any energy that is not healed. So fear is what drives these emotions, and more fear is what makes you not want to address them. The problem with fear is that it is paralyzing – it keeps you from the freedom of realizing your highest expression of self. And that is why these issues are insistant upon getting your love and attention, so you can move on to the next exciting phase of your life unencumbered. Your emotions are wanting your love and acknowledgement. So we invite you to sit quietly with the intention of beginning to bring them up to the light from the depths of where they have been pushed down for so long. This may bring about discomfort as you prepare to do this. Stop and ask yourself what the fear is. Reflect on how different you are now from who you were when this original wound occurred. You have all grown so much! You have learned a great deal as you have navigated your enlightenment journey. If you feel like you can’t do that, can you give it to an angel or master to do it for you? Now connect with the aspect of you that had the emotion and experienced the wounding. Gather up that part of you with your tender loving embrace and reassure that aspect that you will always honour it and keep it safe from now on. Tell it you are so sorry it felt so bad for so long. Feel it heal and integrate back into the wholeness of you. What is left behind once you allow those old energies to shift up and out through your acknowledgement and self love? This is the best part! What is left is more space to embody your own glorious light and love to express your own divine nature. Allow yourself to fill up with the love that you are and know you are safe to take that step and shine. The three dimensional belief system represents the lowest rung of a very high dimensional ladder although most as of yet do not realize this. Suffering remains and will continue to remain alive and well as long as world consciousness continues to create through beliefs of duality and separation. Never forget that as expressions of the Divine, everyone is a creator, forming their world out of the substance of their state of consciousness. Help those who suffer in whatever practical ways you are guided to, but never believe that it is your duty to save anyone for all are learning lessons they themselves chose with the help of their Higher Self and Guides. Mind interprets one’s attained state of consciousness and manifests it as physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual form. Suffering is resistance, a yearning for things to be the way a person believes they must be in order for them to be happy. Nothing will or can change globally or individually until consciousness changes because consciousness is the substance of all that is. You have reached that place of readiness that will enable you to move into the realization and experiences of who and what you really are. Visualize a bright sun with many beams of intense light shining outward. As these beams of light get further away from the sun source, they start to become less bright, change appearance, and accumulate colors and shadow. Each light beam begins to look different from the other, absorbing different colors and accumulating layers of energy that take on the appearance of various fabric textures and color that change and increase as each ray passes has different experiences. The ray of Light never disappears, but is now completely obliterated by the layers of debris. This is your story, the story of every man, woman, and child from the beginning. You are the Sun Beam that forever remains pure, intact, and perfect regardless of how much illusion is draped over IT. Evolution is the gradual removal of all debris. Accept that you are already awake and that there is no longer any need to seek and search outwardly for what is already fully present within you. Allow the process and trust that everything is proceeding according to plan.
