HI Andy, Thanks so much for your fantastic response. I too was in retail...I was a manager for 15 years, and you are right! The cashiers and sales clerks do get a big brunt of rude and obnoxious people that they have to deal with. Unfortunately, you are also correct about their wages. Many of them deserve alot more than what they get. Thanks for mentioning Wal-Mart because they are a fantastic company, and they do alot for their community. Wal-Mart was the first to step up with a very large donation after Hurricane Katrina, plus they donated alot of merchandise as well! You can definitely tell they are a Southern company! Thanks again Andy! I hope your reminder let's people stop and think about what so many others do for them. I remember being told by many customers thank you for the smile and for being so nice after they had such a long, hard day at work. Just a smile and some kindness turned a bad day into a good one!
