No I have not tried the carrot cake recipe yet. The ingredients I still need are on my grocery list, so I plan to make it soon. I cannot say how good it is or is not, unfortunately. I got it from a doctor's site. He is into health, so maybe it tastes better to someone like that then those of us who eat real sweets! However, I am trying to cut calories so will try the cake. I think it needs some frosting, though. :)
