Hi Lisa, The only logical answer that I can think of is Paypal has so many accounts that they are not aware of what is going on with some of the accounts. It's usually when someone complains on a company that is when paypal catches the non-complying site and then freezes the account. So this really should say to all "Participant Beware". Kenneth

Hi Ken, Many people are finding it hard to use some of the payment companies to get their money. Pay is one of growing list.
