Smoked Chipotle Buffalo Short Ribs.Needs 2lbs of short ribs!/2 bottle of Dark beer $tbs.honey @tbs pureed chipotle in adobo sauce.!tbs each of salt pepper &garlic powder 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce. sounds great so far if you don't have buffalo short ribs any short rib will do. Wrap ribs loosely in fooil adding 1/2 bottle of beer tightly seal the foil.Place on grill away from the pile of coals cook for 1 1/2 hoours with the lidon at low heat.After 1 1/2 hours add water soaked wood chips on topof the coals open the foilon the ribs.Smoke for thirty minutes with the lid closed. You may have to add more chipes once. after thirty minutes remove the ribsfrom the foil and sauce up your ribs Add them directly to the grill but away from the coals close the lid and smoke/brown for another 20 to 30 minutes or until done.your Marinade and sauce mixthe other 1/2 of the beer 4 tbs honey 2 tbschipotle in adobe sauce salt pepper and garlic powder sot sauce and worcester sauce I like to use 1/4 of this for marinade overnight and use the rest at the end of my cooking time
