Hi Shirley,

Several years ago I made date bread and it was delicious. If you buy the whole dates they are messy to cut up. If there are chopped dates available in your area that would be much easier to use.

That sure is true. Sometimes my recipes look kind of messy after I make them. :)

Thanks for the recipe, Phil. I was just thinking that I have no idea what date bread recipe I used since it has been several years ago. Now I have one!
