	Hello My Friend James I see what you are saying as this letter has the same format as the one's from Nigeria, but why only from Africa. Almost 95% of these letters are from this region. Is this a basic template that they use for this scam?

	Hello Dear Geketa In these times of desperation people will always find ways of bilking money from others. It seems they cannot be that bad off if they can afford a computer and internet connection. The equation is quite simple, you have the scammers, and the ones that have learned from being scammed !
