	Hi, Marion Thanks for inviting me to this information. I would like to post this on myLot but if it is already somewhere on the net, I could just post the link. I am doing a lot of things to prevent these things to happen. Have been taking food supplements about ten years - they really help - and now I am having a garlic cure, the recipe is found in Tibet. It is so strong, that you can only take it once every five years but it is supposed to clean up the system - most people know how great garlic is for maintaining a good health. I hope to write the recipe on my website one day.

	With most of my heart attacks the pain comes from the left side under my breast and heart muscle, then the heart muscle itself starts cramping and I can't breath or speak. Be aware if you have these type attacks to let your doctor know. Go ahead and call the paramedics leave your door open they will find you because in the US 911 operators can identify your address without even talking with you Vel
