I've discovered that respect is earned through one's diligent heartfelt service(imput) into the lives of others. It doesn't come as a matter of course via titles or designations. Titles without the responsibilty that comes with serving others would amount to empty vessels making much noise. Thanks, Kathy. I call you blessed!
