Remember that mortgage? Did you jump on the first company that ...

Hello again,

I bring another post on the business and jumping into one quickly. When you were buying a house or maybe you were looking to refinance your house did you shop around? Did you ask questions? Did you go to the new guy on the block doing Mortgages?

These questions should be the way you look at a business. Since it is becoming your home business and a long part of your life you should scrutinize it the same way you did at buying a house/property. You looked, asked questions, what did it include? What's can you do in the purchase that meets your means without getting yourself in trouble.

A business is no different. You can hope and dream all you want but without the due diligence and questioning and research don't be surprised if someone sold you a cardboard box for a home if you didn't check it out first.

Same with a car. New or used. Everyone looks and shops before buying. They even had to come up with the Lemon Law to protect consumers when the car was a bad deal mechanically.

Again, I cannot stress how important it is to do your 'shop and compare' before you join.

Best to you.

Hi Ken,

First time home buyers often get taken in they see low payments at first and then they get popped with an increase later down the road. They get so rapped up in the moment they don't even do their home work then. That is why many get into financial troubles because they push the envelope to the limit when they buy. If they qualify for $150,000 they buy it .. not thinking or considering the long terms of pushing their buying powers and when the mortgage goes up with a balloon payment due in five years they wind up loosing the home.

Business isn't much different for new first time owners ,people get rapped up in the hype and excitement of the moment and jump on the first thing they see that looks good.

I got a whole closet of those kinds of t-shirts until I learned the difference.

Yes, I shopped around and found one that was willing to work with me in the present, however when things changed in my ability to pay, they quickly turned into a vilian and became impossible to work with. When the rates fell and I lost my company and my income was cut at least half, they wouldn't work with me in lowering my payments and so they have foreclosed on my house now and I am s&*&^*( out of luck. The company is so large that you never talked to the same person and I have had a record of call to them and never had the opportunity to work out a new loan. Be careful when you do find a mortgage company and be sure you can speak to a live person when you do call. Ralph You invited me to view your opportunities. Hello Ralph,

There wasn't an invite to look at my opportunities. I offer none. What I did offer is to take a program that one offers and I will research it and ask the FTC, the FBI and DSA to look at it as well so they can confirm their validity.

I, personally, run a drummer's educational website and most here would not be interested. It doeesn't offer a way for members to earn money. No affiliate program of any kind. Just drumming.

I will select one of your programs to check out and see what the officials have to say.

Thanks for posting.

Kenneth
