Jesus' sacrifice on the cross was of so huge significance to mankind that it would become the world’s central referent for all time. Apart from that, the immense emotional burden involved would influence and inspire human history forever.
But the deepest meaning of His sacrifice goes beyond that, as the real reason for His agonizing and dying on the cross was to save us and lead us on the way to Paradise...
