PROCEDURE:
1(a).Payment shall be made as noted;Whereas the Buyer will make 10% payment of the gold total cost to enable the Seller issue all documentation towards the gold shipment.(b).The 90% balance payment of the gold total cost shall be made upon the gold delivery and final assay to Sellers nominated account via T/T.
2(a)The delivery shall be made within 5 days upon the receipt of the following documents:a(i)Commercial Invoice (ii)Certificate of Origin(iii)Certificate of Ownership(iv)Airway Bill(v)A2-form.etc.The Buyer shall be responsible
for the government documentation toward the gold shipment which shall cost 10% of the gold total cost
NOTE: Two executives of our staff shall accompany the gold to the buyers choice of destination in order to ensure safe delivery of the gold dust to destination's. We are looking forward in establishing a long term business relation with your company upon the first tranche shipment.
