Garlic & Rosemary New Potatoes Serves 4
8 new potatoes, washed Olive oil 8 or more cloves garlic Fresh or dried rosemary Salt and pepper (recommend sea salt)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes on a piece of foil large enough to wrap around potatoes. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil. With a garlic press, squeeze at least 1 clove garlic over each potato. Sprinkle potatoes with rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Turn potatoes over several times, so they are well covered with the mixture. Wrap foil around potatoes, place packet on a baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour.
