Suggested Dietary Supplement Use for Women:
Ø For 1st 3 days, it is recommended that you take one or two capsules, 2 hours after breakfast each day. Benefits should be noticed after 60 - 75 minutes. If a stronger benefit is desired, take a second or third capsule after the 60-75 minute time frame. *To help determine your dose, if you rarely consume caffeine – we recommend 1 capsule for your starting dose. If you enjoy a cup of coffee or two, we recommend 2 capsules for a starting dose. If you go for the extra large dark roast cup of coffee, you may need to take a 3rd capsule, 60 – 75 minutes after taking the first dose.
Ø After the 1st 3 days, take one or two capsules, once or twice per day, mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon. Adjust dosage to your energy preference.
Ø Must take 2 hours after a meal or on an empty stomach
Ø Do not take too late in the day, as sleep may be impaired
