Here is an easy cole slaw recipe that I make.
1 bag of shredded cabbage (8 oz.)
Mayonnaise to taste (I use about 1/2-3/4 cup)
Mustard to taste (I use about one tablespoon)
Rice Vinegar to taste (I use about one tablespoon)
Mix the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and rice vinegar. Add the bag of shredded cabbage. Stir well to cover the cabbage evenly. Refridgerate.
