Learning  anything, especially like what we see here makes me philosophical. The post prior to mine turned my crank in this direction. I recall one the first times I attended a Chamber of Commerce meet & greet many years ago. I realize times have changed since then but some key principles have not. One of them is doing what works for the ones who can back-up their talk with their walk.
Another observation that facilitates learning is seeing mentors where they're at and thinking, "What would it be like walking in their shoes, and do I want to walk and follow their path?"
Making mistakes is also part of learning. I can attest to having made my share, and if one asks the right questions, I'd be honored to share the answers.
