Thanks for these great quotes and they do apply. I actually went through Dale Carnegie's course in the late 70's and can honestly say that my many successes have been a direct result of applying those principles. Even when adversity to change was cause for resistance, in my being able to accomplish the tasks assigned to me.
Sometimes folks back slide even when change is what they truly want. Often times the heartstrings tend to pull folks back into the old non-productive ways. Sometimes the messenger of change is blamed for the owner's own indecisiveness.
Thanks for the reminder of these principles that I, learned long ago. KUDOS to you .
